Custom-Taylored Educare strives to establish a safe place conducive to the development and growth of youth at the high school level. Our platform allows counselors, instructors, mentors, and students alongside their caretakers to collaborate in a way that fits a student’s unique path and academic needs.
Custom-Taylored Educare is unique in its approach due to our advocacy for underserved populations and marginalized groups, as they are not made a priority in the education system today.
Custom-Taylored Educare’s mission is to empower and uplift the next generation of change agents and thought leaders as they journey from passion to purpose.
Our vision is to serve as an advocate for the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of children in communities around the world by promoting and funding initiatives that support education reform, gender equity, health equity, and social justice.
Cultivation Counselor and Development Instructor (Financial Literacy)
Hello! My name is Nina and I am excited to help elevate students to be their best. I graduated from Arizona State University in 2017 where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a minor in Spanish Literature and culture. While still in college, I worked with AmeriCorps and America Reads tutoring students who attended Title IX schools in the local Phoenix area, eventually becoming a Supervisor for staff and students (K-6th grade). I am also a graduate of the Multicultural Women Executive Leadership Program hosted by the USC Marshall School of Business. I enjoy helping non-profit organizations in my community as well as being a part of women empowerment groups that focus on financial literacy.
Beatrix Papica graduated with honors from the University of South Florida on scholarship, earning a degree in Social Work with a concentration in child development. Shortly after, she joined the prominent organization Teach for America, which produces dynamic educational leaders under the pillars of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Upon completing rigorous training with Teach for America and AmeriCorps, Beatrix dedicated her next three years serving one of Miami-Dade County’s Title I schools. During her time working for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, she was recognized by the district as a highly effective instructor with strong evidence of transformational change inside the classroom. Her professional commitment is driven by her vision to provide a pathway for evolving leaders to discover their true passion and purpose. Her goal is to not only empower the minds of the next generation, but to build bridges of opportunities for the next innovators to come.
Development Instructor (STEM)
Life is good, every day, for Mindi Eineichner, who is in her fourth year teaching in Montessori education and looking to spread her joy of learning to more students via tutoring. Mindi has both a B.S. and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering and worked for 17 years at a medical device corporation helping to educate health care professionals on implantable device technology (pacemakers and defibrillators). The best part of being an educator, for Mindi, is establishing a relationship with each student and supporting their own journey of discovery leading to independent learning and confidence in their abilities.

As a parent, we need resources that are reliable and trustworthy. This service was flexible and fit our schedule. Our development instructor was a great match and allowed our daughter to be comfortable with asking questions and understanding the concepts presented. She looked forward to and was eager for her sessions, which was weird for her, since she usually doesn’t like math. Not only did her grade in math improve, but her confidence to do math did as well. I recommend this service to anyone who wants a professional and personable service.
